Drill Rod, Cross Over Subs and Other Tooling

Tundra manufactures drill rod, cross over subs, bit subs and roller stabilizers for most drill rigs (air and mud rotary). We are able to manufacture lengths up to 50 feet and outside diameters from 2.5″ to 13-3/8″. All critical machined parts are done on CNC machines and thread gauges are used to check all critical thread dimensions. Only premium raw materials are used. Sizes from 2.5-6-1/4″ O.D are inertia welded. 6-1/4″ O.D and up are welded using a proprietary welding process. Optional, hard metal banding is available for reducing high wear areas.
