Casing Advancing Systems
Drilling in unconsolidated ground conditions is one of the most difficult tasks in the drilling industry today. That’s why Tundra stocks a variety of quality Casing Advancing Systems for the drilling market.
With wings that extend out wider than the casing while in the drilling position. The extended wings provide a large bit face striking area for transferring blow energy to the formation – yielding faster penetration rates.
When drilling is complete, the bit is pulled off bottom and the wings extract back into the bit to allow the hammer and bit to be pulled back up through the casing to the surface – no parts are left down the hole.
Tundra carries a variety of casing advancing systems that produce outstanding performance in hard rock as well as overburden formations.
It is available for drilling hole sizes 3-1/2″ to 48-9/16″ (90mm – 1245 mm) in diameter.
